• In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds, if applicable, will be processed.

🔹 Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If an order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not require refunds if unpaid.
